Return & Refund Policy

At TuneCraft Music, we care about your satisfaction. While we take pride in the quality of our products and services, we understand that issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds work for online and in-store purchases, services, and lessons.

By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most eligible items.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unused instruments and accessories in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items shipped by mistake

Not Eligible:

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Used products or items with signs of wear
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., reeds, mouthpieces, flutes, harmonicas, in-ear monitors)
  • Customized instruments or special orders
  • Digital downloads or lesson packages once started

Note: Some items may have different return conditions, clearly mentioned on their individual product pages. Please read them before purchasing.

2. How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return in one of the following ways:

  • Via Website: Log in to your account → My Orders → Select item → Choose “Return / Replacement”
  • Via Email: Write to us at support@tunecraftmusic.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping.
  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back.

Returned products must reach us in original, saleable condition with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices.

4. Replacements
We offer free replacements if the item delivered is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Replacement is subject to availability. If unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

    5. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you’ll be asked to provide bank details for refund transfer.

Store credit option is available if you prefer using the amount for future purchases.

6. Repairs & Servicing

  • Payments made for instrument repair or maintenance are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a repair, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a resolution at our discretion.
  • Pickup and drop-off for service orders are only offered in select locations and may incur additional charges.

7. Music Lessons

  • Trial classes are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a lesson package before your first session, you are eligible for a 90% refund (10% admin fee applies).
  • Refunds are not available once a package begins.
  • Rescheduling requires 12 hours’ notice. Missed lessons without prior notice are counted as consumed.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once an item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; return procedures will apply.
  • Customized items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

9. Exceptions & Final Decision

TuneCraft Music reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet the conditions stated
  • Modify or update this policy without prior notice
  • Make final decisions in cases of return disputes

We encourage customers to check the return policy on individual product pages before purchasing.
