These services are offered both online and at our physical location in Lucknow.

2. User Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
• All information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
  

3. Product Listings and Descriptions

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products.
• However, product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes, screen displays, or batch differences.
• Availability of items is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities.

4. Pricing, Discounts & Payment

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to GST as applicable.
• Promotional prices and discounts may be limited-time and may include specific eligibility conditions (e.g., first-time customer, student ID, etc.).
• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in case of pricing errors.
• Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, cash (in-store), or select third-party payment gateways.
• EMI options are available for select products above ₹10,000 via partnered payment providers.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

• Products are shipped via third-party logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post.
• Delivery timelines vary by location but typically range from 3 to 10 working days.
• Orders within Lucknow may be eligible for same-day or next-day delivery for an extra charge.
• Delivery fees are based on weight, volume, and location. These will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics failures.

6. Order Processing and Cancellation

• Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, payment failure, suspicious activity, or legal/regulatory reasons.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items only.
• Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Non-returnable items include:
• Opened strings, reeds, mouthpieces, drumsticks, or earphones (due to hygiene)
• Digital products or lesson bookings
• Custom-ordered instruments or modified items
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Repairs & Servicing

• We provide professional repair and maintenance services for guitars, keyboards, violins, drums, brass, and other acoustic/electronic instruments.
• Walk-in servicing is available during working hours, and online service booking is supported through our website.
• Diagnosis and basic consultation are free.
• Final repair costs are confirmed after evaluation. In case a customer declines after evaluation, a nominal inspection fee of ₹200 may apply.
• TuneCraft Music is not liable for unrecoverable damage in cases where instruments are already in a deteriorated condition or where spare parts are discontinued.

9. Music Lessons

TuneCraft Music offers both in-person and online music lessons in the following categories:
Instruments Offered:

• Guitar (Acoustic, Electric, Bass)
• Keyboard/Piano
• Drums
• Violin
• Vocals
• Music Theory & Composition

Lesson Format:

• One-on-one or group classes
• Weekly or bi-weekly schedules
• 30 to 60-minute session durations
• Conducted by qualified instructors with a verified background

Lesson Terms:

• Students must attend regularly and notify at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling.
• Cancellations without timely notice may be charged.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance. No refunds are provided for missed classes.
• Online lessons are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Recording classes without permission is prohibited.
• TuneCraft reserves the right to replace instructors or adjust schedules when necessary.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product names, images, video content, and lesson material is owned by TuneCraft Music or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. User Conduct

By using our website or attending lessons, you agree to:

• Not misuse services or violate any applicable laws.
• Not attempt to hack, interfere, or disrupt the site’s operation.
• Respect staff, instructors, and fellow learners.
• Refrain from abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms or who attempt to cause harm to TuneCraft Music’s reputation, employees, or customers.

12. Privacy Policy
All personal information shared with us is protected under our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data. We may share it with trusted partners (e.g., logistics, payment gateways) solely for the purpose of fulfilling services.

13. Third-Party Services
We may use external platforms and partners for:

• Logistics and delivery
• Payment processing

• Instrument repairs by certified third-party specialists

We are not liable for the actions or policies of third-party providers, but we ensure that we collaborate only with reputed and verified partners.

14. Force Majeure

TuneCraft Music shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, or pandemics.

15. Liability Limitation

Under no circumstances will TuneCraft Music be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issue amicably.
